Manchester United interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly hinted that he is ready to allow Andreas Pereira to leave the club on a season loan but under the condition that he signs a new deal with the club.

The Sun claims that the Red Devils wants Andreas Pereira to sign a four-year contract extension at the Old Trafford as he is seen as a player with a big future.

Andreas Pereira has long been seeking a regular playing time which is the reason why he has been pushing for a move away from the club. The Red Devils have already triggered the one-year extension option in his existing contract but they are seeking to have him put pen to paper.

The youngster has just had 9 Premier League appearances so far this season and that seems to be too small for a player of his quality who needs to play regularly to be able to nurture the talent in him.

However, with his great performances in Man United’s round of 16 wins over Paris Saint Germain, the Red Devils are no longer ready to lose him and they will make frantic efforts to have him commit his future at the club.
