Manchester United interim coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted that a transfer meeting has been scheduled that will have him sit with the club’s executive vice-chairman to discuss football matters.
United fans have continued to anticipate with a number of speculations in the press and there has been no official move by the Red Devils which needs to be discussed.
Before his sack, former manager Jose Mourinho cried out on the need for the club to add more players, especially defenders but from every indication, that has gone with the former Chelsea boss.
However, new manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also keen to strengthen his squad so as to meet with the mandate of returning the club back to winning ways as well as ensuring their qualification to the Champions League next season.
The former United forward has therefore made it clear that he will have a meeting with the club’s executive vice-chairman to know the position of the club as well as make his intention known.
The Red Devils are expected to part ways with some of the players especially former Gunners forward Alexis Sanchez and there is a need to have him replaced in this winter transfer window.
