Manchester United have been linked with a handful of superb players ahead of the upcoming January transfer window, and the fans are already expecting to see at least one new player at Old Trafford.
As far as Man United’s transfers are concerned, one talented player who is recently linked with the red devils is Inter Milan’s Joao Mario.
There are new reports that Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United have decided to send Juan Mata over to San Siro to persuade the Serie A club to sell Mario to them.
The Portuguese player joined Inter Milan after winning the Euro 2016 with his country, and has signed a contract meant to keep him at the Italian capital till 2021.
Juan Mata, on the other hand, will be out of contract at Old Trafford next summer, and the Spaniard currently earns $187,000 each week at Man United.
However, the report adds that Inter Milan are not interested in bringing the former Chelsea player to San Siro, but they won’t mind discussing with Man United about Joao Mario’s exit if only the English club will include Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the deal.
The Armenia international has recently lost his place in Jose Mourinho’s starting XI due to his recent challenges, but he glaringly remains a talented playmaker.
