Chelsea 31-year-old midfielder could be gone by January as AC Milan show interest

New report have made it known that Italian club, AC Milan have shown interest in Spain international and Chelsea midfielder, Cesc Fabregas.

The report added that the Italian club are hoping to submit a bid to Chelsea in the January transfer window.

Cesc Fabregas has been at Chelsea after a move from Spanish club, Barcelona in 2014.

He has gone ahead to play in over 150 matches for the Blues with 21 goals and 55 assists to his name.

Cesc Fabregas has lifted two EPL trophies, an FA Cup and a league cup with the Blues.

So, it will be surprising to know that his stay with Chelsea may be coming to an end.

Should the Spaniard move to San Siro he will be reunited with Tiemoue Bakayoko, who is currently in Italy on loan.

Report added that AC Milan are hoping to catch in on Fabregas current situation at Stamford Bridge.

This is because the 31-year-old Spaniard is yet to start for the Blues this season owing to a knee injury.

Moreover, Fabregas contract at Chelsea will expire at the end of this season and it is unlike the Blues to extend his contract.
