Manchester United Superstar striker Romelu Lukaku has denied an excessively loud party allegation in Beverley Hills as he was close to a £75million move from Goodison Park to Old Trafford.
The 24-year-old Belgian was arrested over holding an excessive loud noise complaint after allegedly receiving five warnings verbally from police officers over five days.
The Belgium international striker failed to appear in the Los Angeles court on Monday but his Attorney, Robert Humphreys, pleaded not guilty on behalf of the Belgian.
Manchester United sealed his signing eight days after he was arrested by Beverley Hills Police Department officers at about 8pm on the 2nd of July in his tentative residence in the city.
Days after the arrest, the former Everton forward shared on Instagram a photo of himself in an apartment in Beverley Hills with Manchester United star Paul Pogba.
The Commissioner overseeing the case Jane Godfrey, ordered Romelu Lukaku to appear in person at the Los Angeles Airport Courthouse on the 21st of November.
After Mondays hearing, the city attorney James Eckart said the forward faces both a fine and paying an amount to cover the cost of the Beverley Hills Police call-outs that happened over five days.
