Revealed! Dressing room worries at Arsenal
Latest report as speculated by former striker Jeremie Aliadiere has revealed that there are dressing room worries in the Arsenal team as a result of the wage take-home of German international Mesut Ozil.
According to him, there has been tension and envy in the Arsenal team since the former Real Madrid star was handed a lucrative new contract in 2018.
He noted that every player will want to earn like Mesut Ozil especially when they discover that he is only a big player on paper and has not proved it on the pitch.
However, this has been a major concern for Arsenal boss Unai Emery who had earlier protested the fact that Mesut Ozil takes the bulk of the wage and cannot give the same level of performance on the pitch.
It was earlier reported that the manager was unhappy with the German international and pushed for his move away from the team so as to free up space but that has not worked out because of the refusal of the player to leave.
Mesut Ozil has severally dismissed reports of leaving the North London outfit even when he was serving bench roles but he seems to have bounced back and the manager is now happy with him.
