According to the Independent, big French spenders Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly preparing a £80 million bid for unsettled Chile international forward Alexis Sanchez.
The French Ligue 1 giants, who splashed out a whopping world-record £200m to sign FC Barcelona and Brazil superstar Neymar last week, have been strongly linked with luring the Manchester City target and Arsenal star to the French capital City ahead of the 2017-18 League season.
The 28-year-old, who has played 115 international games for his country Chile, netted 30 goals and assisted 19 goals in 51 matches in all competitions for the North London club last season, who finished a disappointing fifth in the English Premier League table.
Chile International Alexis Sanchez, who arrived at the Emirates Stadium in July 2014 following his transfer from Spanish La Liga club FC Barcelona, has netted an impressive 72 goals in 144 matches overall for Arsene Wenger tutored side, winning two English FA Cups and the FA Community Shield.
However, with the Chile international attacker also interesting rivals Manchester City this summer transfer window, the report suggests the big French spenders are readying a £80m offer for the Arsenal star, and willing to offer the Chilean up to £400,000-weekly, in a bid to beat Pep Guardiola tutored side to his signature.
