Though the summer transfer window is still few months away, many players have been linked with various moves to various clubs, and some of the biggest speculations are getting us impatient for the window period to get here faster.
One speculation that got the attention of people (due to how big it was) is from the English media, focused on the English premier league.
The rumour focused on current premier league leaders Chelsea – how they intend getting the signature of one of the current biggest football stars in the world of football.
The football star in question is Samba superstar and Barcelona man Neymar. And it was a well respected news source – The Times indicated that Chelsea is considering making an attempt to approach the Brazilian international next summer.
Neymar is however a very expensive player who as on his current contract at Barcelona a buy-out clause of £170 million. So, Chelsea needs to bring out that superb amount if they are to get the signature of the 25-year-old star.
Of course, if it was an unknown news outlet that came up with this piece of information, we might have dismissed it as mere garbage. But coming from a news source like the Times, we need to pay some attention to it.
