Chelsea star player Willian has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in recent times due to his links with Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United.

According to new reports, the red devils are ready to pay over £50M to get the Brazilian’s signature this summer transfer window.

Manager Jose Mourinho is a big fan of Willian – who he signed for Chelsea when he was still boss at the club. Both of them worked together at Stamford Bridge for some time and were able to achieve some great things together at West London.

Mourinho tried to reunite with the South American player last summer, but a move failed to materialise despite talks between the club and the player’s party.

It was reported that La Liga champions Barcelona have joined in the race for Willian’s signature and are ready to pay £50M.

However, the Daily Mail said the red devils are ready to offer much more than that in their attempt to bring the player down to Old Trafford.

It was also made known that the Manchester United board are determined to please manager Jose Mourinho this summer and help him sign his top transfer targets.

Willian is an experienced player who will add lots of quality to Mourinho’s side.
