Manchester United have reached an agreement with Valencia over a loan deal for Andreas Pereira, according to reports.

The Brazilian star has been tipped to leave the Old Trafford in the coming days as he is not guaranteed a first team place ahead of the new season.

Pereira did well to win the hearts of some fans in the La Liga with his impressive displays for Granada, where he netted five goals in all competitions last term, although he could not save them from getting relegated to the Segunda division.

According to Spanish-based journalist, Sid Lowe, Pereira is expected to complete his move to Valencia this week on a season-long loan move despite initial suggestions that Mourinho is not for sale.

Prior reports in the Sun have it that Manchester United are ready to offload the youngster to Valencia, even though it was suggested that the midfielder will stake a claim into the first team this season, after being included in their pre season tour earlier this summer.

Pereira has been regarded as one of the most promising talents to come out of Old Trafford, but will not be able to get into the plans of Mourinho at the club due to the presence of better stars in the current squad.
