Ryan Sessegnon

Jose Mourinho has been on the lookout for a wide player for some time, and a young teenager is in the limelight.

According to reports, Manchester United are clear to sign Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham.

The Sun made it known that the 17-year-old’s club have opened the door for him to move to either Old Trafford or Mauricio Pochettino’s side at Tottenham in January.

Ryan is a young versatile talent that can effectively play at the back as well as in the attacking third.

Last term, in 31 appearances for the cottagers, Sessegnon scored seven goals and provided five assists to his teammates. And so far in this campaign, he has scored four times already and has provided two assists for his side.

Additionally, in 14 appearances for the England Under-19 side, Ryan has scored four goals, to prove how good he is.

His current deal at Fulham will expire in 2020 and he is rated around £50 million – despite his tender age.

Tottenham Hotspur are not known for splashing hugely on players, and even if they will do that, it won’t be on a young teenager.

Therefore, we can regard the red devils as favourites to get Ryan’s signature, but we look forward to what will happen in January.
