Anthony Martial

It appears Manchester United would no longer sell France international Anthony Martial this summer.

There are new claims that the red devils are set to have a change of heart in regards to Martial’s transfer this summer, as they are yet to sign another superstar that can appropriately replace the Frenchman at the Theater of Dreams.

The Old Trafford club have been linked with the likes of Ivan Perisic (Inter Milan) and Willian (Chelsea) in recent times, but the Daily Mirror are reporting that deals for the two stars appear to have stalled and that it seems Anthony will stay at Manchester United for the upcoming premier league campaign.

It was also added that various clubs interested in Martial’s signature were discouraged by the £80M fee slapped on the player’s head.

Martial has been heavily linked with Chelsea before now, and many blues fans are already expecting to see him play at Stamford Bridge.

Despite his challenges under manager Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford, the player remains a superb player who has all it takes to add quality to whichever club he will play for.

It will be a big blow to Chelsea if they lose either of Eden Hazard or Willian and failed to get Martial as a replacement.
