Man United Break Silence Over Star Player Transfer Move

Manchester United are not keen on signing Paris Saint Germain defender, Serge Aurier, according to reports in Sky Sports.

The 24-year-old has been tipped to make a stunning move to Old Trafford in recent days with reports that the defender has agreed on personal terms ahead of a move which is being held up by a UK travel ban.

However, Sky Sports claim that sources close to Manchester United have denied reports that the club are close to sealing a move for the Ivorian full back.

It is also understood that United are not pursuing other targets until they offload some of their current players.

Following the arrival of Nemanja Matic from Chelsea, there are reports that the Red Devils are working on a deal to sign Inter Milan winger, Ivan Perisic who is also open to an Old Trafford move.

Inter Milan could finally cave in to Manchester United’s request following reports that French forward Anthony Martial has agreed to move to the San Siro and pave way for United to complete a move for Ivan Perisic in coming days.

Aurier has been left out of Paris Saint Germain’s pre-season tour in a bid to sort his future after falling out of favour under Unai Emery last season.
