Liverpool urge Jurgen Klopp to let Roberto Firmino rest and use England international instead as they take on Brighton

The Reds will be having their second home game this weekend as they host newcomers, Brighton FC at Anfield.

Liverpool coach, Jurgen Klopp is not taking the match lightly even though the Reds had defeated the Seagulls in a number of matches they met last season.

Klopp stated that they will play the match like they are playing a  big team.

However, Liverpool fans are trying to urge the club coach to make some changes to his team.

Fans advised that Klopp should drop the  Brazil international, Roberto Firmino as he needs to rest having played in the first two matches.

Roberto Firmino had been a part of the Reds super attacking trio of Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane and played in almost every game last season.

The Brazil international, who also represented his home country in the 2018 Russian World Cup also resume early for training at Liverpool.

For these reasons, fans have urged Klopp to at least replace him in the match against Brighton.

In his place, fans urge Klopp to start England international, Daniel Sturridge.

Klopp might not really want to do this owing to the awful loan spell Sturridge had at West Brom.

Aside from Sturridge, the Reds have the likes of Dominic Solanke and Divock Origi as a possible replacement.
