Emre Can has been heavily linked with a move away from Liverpool in recent times and it appears the midfielder won’t actually be playing at Anfield next season.
It was made known that Juventus have made plans for his medical and that a contract have been agreed already.
Emre refused to sign a new deal with Liverpool to extend his stay at Merseyside and decided to join Juve – who are willing to give him the sort of wage he desires.
No one even thought Jurgen Klopp will feature the Germany international in the Champions League final against Real Madrid last month, as it appears his heart is already out of Anfield.
And according to CalcioMercato, Juventus have agreed to a four-year deal with the talented midfielder and have scheduled a medical for him.
Once the medical become successful, the player will be with the Turin-based club for the next four years.
But would he be missed at Anfield? No, of course. Jurgen Klopp has the likes of Fabinho, James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jordan Henderson to take care of the midfield department. We shouldn’t also forget Naby Keita is joining the pack in a few days time.
The German boss is trying to build a fantastic side that can win trophies for the fans next season.
