Liverpool Ready To Cash In On Nigerian Striker Sheyi Ojo

Liverpool striker Sheyi Ojo could be on his way out of Anfield, according to reports

The young striker was not part of the Reds squad that currently camped in France for preseason activities, as he continues to ponder on his future away from the club.

Ojo, who has featured for Liverpool during the preseason, netting a goal against Premier League rivals, Manchester United in a friendly game held in Michigan.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has also hinted that the youngster could be on way out of the club either on a temporary or permanent basis.

When asked about Ojo’s future at Liverpool, Klopp revealed that the Nigerian striker could go loan, order to get more experience.

However, reports in the Goal have it that Liverpool are considering a permanent deal for Sheyi Ojo, with reports of interest from West Brom among other suitors.

Although, Liverpool’s £15 million valuation of the striker could be a stumbling block in a potential deal for West Bromwich Albion, who are considering an initial loan to a permanent deal.

The likes of Stoke City and Birmingham have also been tipped to make summer moves for the striker. Sheyi Ojo has spent his better part of his playing career on loan, with moves to Fulham and MK Dons.

Liverpool are also said to be interested in offloading the likes of Divock Origi and Danny Ings before the end of the summer transfer window.
