Liverpool officials to fly out to complete £26m deal- report

Despite Liverpool FC spending the sum of £66 million on Brazilian goalkeeper, Alisson Becker, the Reds are on the move again.

There are new reports that Liverpool FC are set to add another player to their defence and this time their focus is at Turkey.

Klopp has been linked to Croatia and Besiktas star, Domagoj Vida as the new player to add to the team.

Apart from Liverpool, two other clubs, West Ham and Everton have been linked to the player.

This comes after his performance for his home country, Croatia in the world cup in Russia before they were defeated by France in the finals.

Vida was one player after Croatian midfielder, Modric that kept the group together right from the group stage to the finals.

To make the deal possible, report revealed some Liverpool officials are set to jet out of England to Istanbul.

The officials are expected to push for talks to sign Vida from Beskitas at a transfer fee of £26.9 million.

It was disclosed that the Turkish club had rejected West Ham £19.6 million bid and refused talks with Everton.

This means the Reds are one step ahead of their competitors and may be able to bring Vida to England before the transfer window closes.
