Manchester United star Juan Mata was delayed in his move away from the Old Trafford last season but it seems he is sure to leave at the end of the season.
The Spanish player was handicapped in his keen attempt to move away last summer by the clause in his contract which allow the club to extend his deal by another year.
Now, the 12 months is counting and due to end at the season which makes an exit for Mata unstoppable.
The former Chelsea player is keen on his dream move to Valencia and would soon begin talks with the Spanish side in the new year.
Although he seems to had won his place back in the Jose Mourinho side but that would not be enough to stop the 30-year-old playmaker from leaving the team.
Mata has started the last four matches for the Red Devils which opens the possibility of talks with the Spaniard should he not have a positive talk with Valencia.
Meanwhile, Mata is not the only player who is out of contract at the end of the season and is free to speak to foreign clubs in the new year.
There is no doubt United will be active in the coming transfer window with the executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward reported to have given the vow to the Portuguese manager.
