Chelsea Legend Sends Clear Message To Liverpool And United Fans
Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has heaped lots of praise on Leroy Sane ahead of Manchester City’s clash with Liverpool (Champions League) and Manchester United (premier league).
The former England international has likened Sane to Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs.
This season so far in the premier league, Sane has scored 13 goals and has caught the attention of top admirers, including Frank Lampard.
Lampard believes the German star is like Ryan Giggs in terms of his movement, speed and intelligence.
Frank also feels Sane could help Man City beat Liverpool in the Champions League semifinals, and he believes the German international could help determine the outcome of the game.
Lampard said Leroy reminds him of former Wales international Ryan Giggs, and he backed the 22-year-old to become as great as the Man United legend.
Sane moved to the Etihad Stadium from Schalke in 2016 and he has evolved into one of the best youngsters in the world. He is now an important member of Manchester City and a first-team regular too.
Speaking to the Evening Standard, former Chelsea star Frank Lampard hailed Sane as an intelligent player with good movement and speed. He also believed the German is a superstar in the making with a very bright future.
