The Blues are the current toppers on the English Premier League table.

Chelsea have maintained a 100 per cent win having been able to secure 15 points from their five matches.

They look forward to making it a sixth as they faced West Ham this weekend.

Sarri, since his arrival at Chelsea, have continually used some players consistently while some remain glued to the Bench.

The Italian has given a plan of wanting to rotate his players depending on the match at hand.

We believe Sarri should create a special list of players that will play in the EPL and UEL.

Below is a list of Chelsea players that need rest.

1 Eden Hazard – The Chelsea points man and Belgium international has been consistent for the Blues this season.

Hazard had featured in all matches for the Blues including from the bench.

The top striker after his hat-trick against Cardiff had informed Sarri of his tiredness.

For this reason, Sarri has dropped him out of the list of players travelling to Greece to play PAOK.

2. The midfield trio – Chelsea midfield which comprises of Matteo Kovacic, Jorginho and Kante need to be rested.

These trios have been great for the Blues this season and it is about time Sarri rested at least away from the UEL.

The likes of Ruben Loftus – Cheek, Cesc Fabregas, Ross Barkley, and Danny Drinkwater can cover for them.

3. Marcos Alonso – The top defender has been very functional at the left back since the commencement of this season. And many had believed that Sarri will rest him and play Emerson Palmieri in the UEL instead but it turns out there is no time to rest for Marcos Alonso.

4. David Luiz – The centre-back defender deserves to rest having played all through as it is about time Sarri start Gary Cahill.
