The wife of Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has dismissed transfer rumours linking his partner with a move away from Anfield when the transfer window reopens in the next few weeks.
Rebeca Tavares talked about the reports of a possible Liverpool exit for Fabinho via her social media account (Twitter).
This is coming on the back of reports credited to popular French news outlet L’Equipe.
It was revealed that French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) will use their Champions League clash with Liverpool to initiate transfer talks for the Brazilian international player.
Fabinho was an unused substitute during the aforementioned Champions League Group C clash which ended in a 2-1 defeat for the Reds.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move away from Liverpool after his less than impressive start to life on Merseyside.
Fabinho has been largely unconvincing since he completed a multi-million pounds move to the Reds from French side AS Monaco in the summer.
Liverpool were said to have paid around £40m to secure his signing.
His Reds form has been the opposite of the one he enjoyed while he was at Monaco.
Fabinho was an influential part of the Monaco team that won the 2016/17 league title and also reached the Champions League semifinals in the same season.
