North London outfit Arsenal boss Unai Emery is reported to be keen on Italian Serie A outfit Torino defender Nicolas N’Koulou as he helps to secure his signature in coming days before the transfer window closes.

The Gunners are yet to seal a single deal in this January transfer window despite their big need of additions in the team especially in the defensive position where a number of players are struggling with fitness while England international Rob Holding is out of the season.

It has been suggested that the defensive crisis will make the North London outfit stressed out in throughout the second half of the season and that is the reason why the Spanish boss is keen on new additions.

Nicolas N’Koulou has therefore been picked as a potential addition after his impressive performance with the Italian Serie A outfit this season.

He has been tipped to make a good signing for the Gunners team and also provide that steel and cover in the defence. This adds to the experience he would be bringing in to the Emirates Stadium.

While Torino are desperate to keep the star player, the Gunners side must also do all within their powers including submitting a luring offer to have Nicolas N’Koulou.
