Done Deal! 59-year-old tactician fly into London to sign for Chelsea

Italian tactician Maurizio Sarri will fly into the City of London on Monday to complete an agreement with Premier League giants Chelsea and pen a deal to become their next manager.

Sarri set to sign for Chelsea

The former Napoli head coach, who still has a contract at the Naples club despite being removed as summer, has been in negotiations with the Blues over becoming their boss over the past several weeks.

His agent Fali Ramadani held a meeting with Blues officials last Friday and details of a deal have been spelt out.

The ex-Italian banker has agreed to sign a three-year deal worth about €6m-yearly with the 2017 Premier League champions and the West London club also have the clause of extending the contract for another two years.

And as per Sport Mediaset, the 59-year-old coach will be in the beautiful City of London to seal the contract and sign the papers with the Blues.

The Blues have already reportedly agreed to cough out about €5million to Italian Serie A side Napoli to wrestle the tactician away from his current deal at the club.
Chelsea have also agreed not to sign any player from Napoli for in exchange for not paying Sarri’s €8m buyout clause.
