Alexis Sanchez representative appears to have dropped a major hint at an imminent move to Manchester United by following the Twitter handle of the Red Devils.
According to a report by the Metro, the Chilean’s agent Fernando Felicevich has started following Manchester United, after talk of a possible hijacking of City’s deal.
Recently, the Independent claimed Alexis Sanchez could be a Manchester City player by the weekend, but the Guardian now suggest Man Utd have tabled a bid of £25million to the gunners.
They suggest this is more than Manchester City have tabled, with the forward unlikely to command a massive transfer fee due to being out of Arsenal contract in six months.
For some time now, it had looked like the 29-year-old attacker would simply exhaust his Arsenal contract and go for nothing, but a winter transfer may now happen instead.
Jose Mourinho’s side could surely do with Sanchez’ quality up front, with the red Devil’s not in their best for in the final third this campaign.
Supporters will surely be hopeful after this recent hint from his agent, though this report could be an over-reaction in a period when a lot of rumour has been flying around.
On top of Manchester City and Manchester United, the Daily Express have also suggested possible interest from Merseyside club Liverpool in landing Sanchez this January.
