Former Liverpool star Craig Bellamy says Premier League Champions Chelsea will ‘blow the Gunners out of the water’ at the Bridge on Sunday and believes Conte’s men could have the game won within 30 minutes.
After losing their first League match of the season against Burnley, the reigning Premier League champions have recorded three consecutive wins and head into this weekend’s fixtures against Arsenal after thrashing Qarabag 6-0 in the UEFA Champions League.
The Gunners, meanwhile, recovered from their 4-0 loss at Liverpool by defeating AFC Bournemouth last Saturday.
But Craig Bellamy believes the Blues will be too much for Arsene Wenger’s men.
Bellamy believes If Conte’s men approach the match with high intensity, they will blow Wenger’s men ‘out of the water’ and thinks the match could be concluded in half an hour.
He, however, did not rule out surprises but stressed he does not see the North Londoners beating the West Londoners on Sunday.
Another Ex-Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy also feels Arsenal’s poor record in big matches will count against them at Stamford Bridge.
He believes with the players Chelsea have in their ranks, should they leave the spaces like they did against Liverpool it will spell doom for them.
