Antonio Conte’s side successfully won their last premier league game against Everton at Goodison Park last Sunday, and got the crucial three points that made them remain four points clear at the top of the table.
It is remaining just four games to go, but Chelsea are not yet 100% sure of being crowned winner. However, the West London club will be sure of winning the title this season before it officially wraps up, if they can win their next three games.
Middlesbrough on the other hand are still battling against relegation – which means they won’t make things easy for Chelsea.
So, the Italian boss is expected to field his best side as usual, but it appears the duo of David Luiz and N’Golo Kante are going to miss the crucial game due to injury issues.
The manager was interviewed by the press today in a pre-game press conference, and he gave a positive update on first choice goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, expecting the Belgian goalie to be on duty at Stamford Bridge on Monday.
He however added that he is still struggling with two situations of Luiz and N’Golo and he is looking towards making the best decision for the game.
