Chelsea target Marco Veratti has revealed he ‘see no reason to leave’ Paris Saint Germaine despite his agent hinting at his exit from France.

The Italian midfielder has been linked to a move away from the French champions with Chelsea thought to be fore-runners to sign him.

Although, the midfielder is also been chased by a host of European top clubs like Juventus, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Inter Milan said to be interested in luring Veratti from Parc des Princes.

His agent also kindled the speculation with his comments, suggesting the 24-year-old has no intention of committing his future to PSG.

‘There are a lot of teams interested in him, but you would have to ask PSG,’ he told TeleLombardia.

‘Will he stay in Paris for life? I can assure you – no. I can confirm that he has had offers from Italy, but I have no news at the moment.’

However, Veratti has now cleared the air on his future and it appears to have rescinded his decision to leave France.

‘I’m fine here and see no reason to leave,’ the 24-year-old told Sky.

‘All my agent said is that everyone finds it difficult to finish their career with one team, but there’s a difference between difficult and impossible.

‘I live every day to try to win as much as possible, and I’ve always said that right now my dream is to win here.’
