Chelsea Set To Make Move For Star Player With New Asking Price Revealed

Inter Milan star player Antonio Candreva is still strongly linked with Chelsea, and there has been lots of speculations surrounding the Italian wing-back.

And in a new development, Inter manager Luciano Spalletti has admitted that the west Londoners could yet make a move for the player before the end of the summer transfer window.

Despite that the premier league champions have spent close to £150million on new players this summer, manager Antonio Conte keeps urging them to add more quality to his squad.

The season will be a very busy one at Chelsea, coupled with Champions League football. It is therefore understandable why the Italian tactician is keen on further reinforcements.

Candreva, a versatile talented star who can operate either on the wings or in the middle of the park, has been identified as a good guy by Conte.

Since he made the move to San Siro from Lazio last year, Candreva has impressed for the Milan club and has become an important member for the Serie A heavyweights.

Even though it is understood that the 30-year-old is settled in Milan, Italian news outlet La Gazzetta said the Serie A club would consider selling him for a fee in the region of £23million.

Inter Milan manager Spalletti is also aware of the interest from Chelsea and admits the blues ‘could try to do something’ in the coming weeks.
