Since his poor performance against Chelsea where United lost to a disgracing 4-0, Smalling hasn’t feature for Man United yet. Luke Shaw, on the other hand, was taken off at half-time against West Ham in the 4-1 EFL Cup win and Mourinho didn't include him in the Everton game.
