Ivan Perisic

Emerging reports claim that the North London outfit Arsenal have been able to reach an agreement with Italian Serie A outfit Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic and he is expected to put pen to paper before Thursday when the winter transfer window will close.

It would be recalled that Inter Milan CEO Giuseppe Marotta, before the game against Torino confirmed that Ivan Perisic wants to leave the San Siro and a deal may be on the card for him.

However, Italian news outlet Libero has now reported that the Croatian international has agreed on personal terms with the Gunners.

According to the report, Ivan Perisic will earn £3 million until June and a contract of about £6.5 annual pay until 2022 should he be retained in the coming summer window.

It is therefore not spelt out if an agreement has been reached between the English Premier League club and the Serie A outfit.

Inter Milan are reportedly not ready to accept the loan offer from Arsenal as they only seek to have a permanent sale in this winter window.

Meanwhile, suggestions are that Inter Milan could strike a bargain that will have German international Mesut Ozil go the other direction as they have a high need of him.
