Premier League leaders Liverpool face nemesis Chelsea hoping to avoid a repeat of history after the same opponent derailed their title challenge five years ago.

Liverpool and Manchester City are going for the Premier League title once again this season and the Reds must prevent the same occurrence with Chelsea five years ago when both teams meet on Sunday evening.
