Promising Arsenal star Josh Martin has been snapped up by Norwich City after he successfully underwent a trial at the club.
The 17-year-old had during his trial with Norwich featured in their U18 Premier League games against Fulham and Brighton for Paul Williams’ U18 squad last month.
Josh Martin has been a Gunner since he was 8 years old and this could just be the end of his journey at the Emirates Stadium from all indications.
In his reaction, he has expressed delight to have joined his new team, noting that it is an opportunity for him to improve as well as begin a new life after spending over eight years with the North London outfit.
Josh Martin noted that he is confident to secure better playing time at Norwich as well as continue in his development as a player which is the reason why he put pen to paper.
However, suggestions are that Josh Martin will be handed first team appearances should he prove to deserve it.
Meanwhile, the North London outfit are also known for developing young talents and also giving them the opportunity to develop but Josh Martin is a little different because he is struggling to secure a starting role in his ranks at the Emirates Stadium.
