As per British media reports, Arsenal have joined Manchester United and 2017 Premier League champions Chelsea in the race to land AS Roma star Radja Nainggolan this summer transfer window.
Three Premier League clubs keen
The Sun is claiming that the three English sides are very keen on signing the 29-year-old midfielder this summer window as they look to strengthen their attack this summer.
The midfielder has been in superb form again for the Serie A side this term, netting four goals and providing seven assists in 28 Serie A matches for the Italian side.
Possible Chelsea target
The Belgium international has long been connected with a switch to England and he was tipped as a possible target for the Blues in recent seasons.
Now, the same article claim that AS Roma could be forced to offload the midfielder this summer transfer window to balance their financial records and the 29-year-old remains one of the side’s most priced assets.
Arsenal leading the race
As per the same report, the Gunners now seem to be leading the race to land the player.
It is suggested that former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique is bookmakers favourite to replace Arsene Wenger at The Emirates Stadium this summer window and he is would be interested in bringing Nainggolan to The North London club.
