According to new reports circulating in the media, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool target Lucas Moura has agreed terms with Chinese Super League side Beijing Guoan.

Of course, this news will be a sad one for the premier league clubs who are hoping to complete a deal for the Brazilian player.

Moura has made just five substitute appearances this term so far, and is no longer very much valued by manager Unai Emery after the arrival of the duo of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar this summer.

The player has been deemed surplus to requirements by the Paris club and is regarded as a misfit in Unai’s team.

There were speculations that Chelsea manager Antonio Conte will allow Willian leave Stamford Bridge next January, and that the premier league champions have identified Moura as a good replacement for Willian.

Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal are also understood to be keeping tabs on him and that he has been advised to move to North London by one of his teammates at PSG.

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are also linked with Lucas ahead of the upcoming January transfer window.

But it appears none of the three premier league sides will be getting his signature, with reports that the player has agreed a big money move to China.

It was made known that despite all measures the Chinese Football Association has put in place to stop the big spendings of the big clubs in the country, Beijing Guoan are working hard to see the move sail through.
