Aaron Ramsey

There are fears that Arsenal might lose star player Aaron Ramsey for free, without cashing in on him after they were unable to tie him down with a deal.

Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs has expressed confidence that the fears will not happen because the Gunners will be able to cash in on the player by January.

Ramsey’s current deal at Arsenal runs out at the end of this season but in order not to lose him for free, the North London side have resolved to let the player go at the January transfer window so as to be able to earn.

Wales boss, Giggs is confident that the player has what it takes to play in any league in the World, stressing that the Gunners will find enough suitors for the player.

According to him, his fellow countryman is a goalscoring midfielder who has good character, personality and professionalism to help attract clubs at the middle of the season.

The fact that the player has not dipped in form and has continued to do his best in the Unai Emery’s team still makes him a light in the eyes of clubs who will want to have him.

The possibility of the Wales international leaving the Emirates Stadium is high owing to the competition over him. Waiting until the end of the season to have him for free is a gamble any club will not want to take.
