Good news – 108-goal super forward gives United hope to sign him

Everyone wants a superb player like Antoine Griezmann playing at their club. And when it was widely speculated that the Atletico Madrid star player has reached an agreement to join Barca at the end of this season, many Manchester United fans were not too happy.

But the good news is here! The France international has denied reaching an agreement to move to Camp Nou this summer!

Griezmann joined Atletico Madrid back in 2014 and has gone ahead to become one of the best players in the world. Now one of the most important members at Atletico, the 27-year-old has played 200 games for the La Liga side and has scored some whopping 108 goals.

However, the Frenchman is being strongly linked with a move away from Madrid at the end of this season and has been linked with a handful of top clubs across Europe.

Manchester United are interested in securing his services, but it’s understood Barcelona are the most likely ones to get his signature.

However, speaking recently about the situation, Griezmann said there is no deal in place for him to join Barcelona this summer.

The striker indicated that he was surprised at the rumour and that they are not true.

This means Manchester United fans can still go on expecting Griezmann to make the decision of moving to Old Trafford.
