Brazil international Alex Sandro has said that he remains fully focused on performing for Serie A giants Juventus despite the rumour linking him with a transfer to Chelsea or Manchester United.
Heavily linked
The Brazilian defender was linked heavily with a switch to the West London club last summer transfer window, but a move for the left-back failed to materialise.
Reigning Premier League champions Chelsea ended up strengthening their options at that position with the acquisition of Emerson Palmieri from Serie A side AS Roma last month, so it remains to be discovered whether the Blues will return with an approach for Sandro.
United keen on left-back
According to Metro, the Red Devil’s retain an interest in the 27-year-old ahead of the summer window.
But in the meantime, the player himself looks to be focused on just playing for the Italian club.
The Old Trafford giants are bound to be linked with a number of players in the next couple of weeks and months as the summer window draws nearer.
Jose Mourinho’s side are currently getting prepared for the first leg of their UEFA Champions League round of 16 encounter against La Liga side Sevilla in Spain Tonight as they attempt to take a step closer towards the next round – quarter-finals of the Prestigious competition.
