Arsenal have been linked with AS Monaco forward Kylie Mbappe, who has drawn comparison with former Gunners Thierry Henry and Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial with his playing style.
According to HITC, Arsenal are however not the only English Premier League (EPL) side with an interest in the 17-year old. Other sides like Manchester United, West Ham United, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are said to be keeping tabs on the teenager, who rose to prominence when he became his club’s youngest goalscorer earlier in February beating the record of Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.
The interest in the £20m-rated forward could even lead to an increment in his transfer fees with other European sides like Italian Serie A champions Juventus and 2-time UEFA Champions League (UCL) finalists also interested in his signature.
A move to Arsenal to work with Arsene Wenger could possible be of huge benefits to Mbappe with the 67-year old’s impeccable track record of nurturing prospects onto world as well as European football stage. Players like Cesc Fabregas, Kolo Toure, Ashley Cole, Gael Clichy, Jack Wilshere, Aaron Ramsey, Hector Bellerin, Robin Van Persie and many more have enjoyed this at the club over the years not forgetting the impact the club and Wenger had over record goalscorer Thierry Henry as well.
