£70,000-a-week player insists there is no need to panic yet at Old Trafford

Ecuadorian midfielder Antonio Valencia has told reporters there is no reason to panic yet at old Trafford, the marauding full back who was out on the sidelines for a couple of matches due to a broken wrist has suggested that the premier league is a tight league and being 5 points off the top five is just 2 wins away.

In his interview with PLTV News, the winger turned fullback suggested that his team was on the right path and if anything was taken from the result against Arsenal at Old Trafford it would be that they are nicking closer to wins after a very impressive match with teammate Phil Jones suggesting the draw felt like a 6-0 defeat.

“We are playing well, creating chances and the team spirits are high, there has been a couple of injuries and while the results are not as welcoming as we would like we are doing our best and are positive we will catch up with the others, being 5 points behind in the premiership is not a big deal, 2 or 3 straight wins and we would be back in title contention again”

Manchester United return to action against Feyenoord on Thursday and need to secure a win to keep the morale high and remain in the Europa league.
