Why I now enjoy watching United

Former winger Andrei Kanchelskis has stated that he now enjoys watching Manchester United play because of the new manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the new style he has introduced at the club.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was handed the interim role at the Old Trafford following the sack of former manager Jose Mourinho.

Since his exit, the Red Devils became a changed team under the new manager with the players firing again while some players improved in their performance unlike the defensive approach under the former Portuguese manager.

Why it has been a quiet transfer window for United

Arsenal must get serious to snap up 27-year-old Real Madrid star

However, Andrei Kanchelskis noted that watching his beloved team under the former manager was quite disgusting because of the strange style that is employed which allows for more defending than attack.

Andrei Kanchelskis therefore said everything is now working at the club because of the new manager has done something good.

The former winger therefore calls on the Red Devils board to consider Ole Gunnar Solksjaer for the job as the permanent manager because of the big influence in the team.

It would be recalled that the Red Devils management made it clear that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was just brought as an interim with a new manager expected to take over. That decision has to be reversed for the former player.
