Victor Moses Closes In On Chelsea Exit After Fenerbahce Medical
Chelsea winger Victor Moses is closing in on an exit from the club after he completed his Fenerbahce medical ahead of a move to the Turkish Super Lig giants.
The news of his medical with Fenerbahce was confirmed by popular media channel Sky Sports earlier on Thursday.
Victor Moses will join the Turkish club on loan for the rest of the season with the hope of making the deal a permanent one if he impresses in Turkey.
This is a welcomed development for the recently retired Super Eagles of Nigeria after he fell out of favour with the current Chelsea dispensation under Maurizio Sarri.
Italian tactician Sarri had earlier informed Victor Moses that he was not in his long-term plans at the club.
His Chelsea situation under Sarri is a far cry from the regular playing time that he enjoyed while Antonio Conte was the Blues boss.
Victor Moses excelled as a right wingback under Conte and he was a key performer for the Chelsea team that won the 2016/17 Premier League title as well as the 2018 FA Cup title while the former Juventus manager was in charge.
Former Crystal Palace player Moses has been a Chelsea player since joining the club from Wigan Athletic.
