Premier League giants Arsenal are ready to meet with the agent of Marouane Fellaini to discuss a possible move according to top reporter.
Arsenal reportedly keen on man United star
Italian website Calciomercato quotes top football reporter Patrick Juillard who is suggesting that Arsenal are planning a shock swoop to land the Belgium international midfielder from their Manchester United.
Patrick Juillard went on to suggest that Arsenal will meet with the midfielder’s representatives in a hotel in the City of London to discuss a possible switch.
Calciomercato also said that Serie A heavyweight AC Milan are interested in the Belgian’s signature but they could miss out following the Gunners surprise interest in the ex- Everton star.
Arsenal seek midfield reinforcement
The North Londoners are in the transfer market to strengthen their midfield following a poor campaign under former tactician Arsene Wenger.
The French tactician stood down at the conclusion of the season after the club finished in sixth place in the English Premier League log.
Arsenal haven’t qualified for the UEFA Champions League since 2015-16 English Premier League season.
The star midfielder will become a free agent this summer window after failing to sign a new deal with the Red devils.
The Emirate giant lost 3-0 to reigning English Premier League champions and eternal rivals Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final earlier in the year.
