Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid have made a major breakthrough in their quest to sign Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard this summer.
The Los Merengues have made Eden Hazard their top transfer target for this summer as they rebuild their squad for the new season scheduled to begin in two months.
According to the publication from The Guardian, Chelsea have reached an agreement to sell Eden Hazard to Real Madrid this summer.
It was revealed that the deal would be around €100m (£88.5m) plus add-ons.
Eden Hazard has already told the club about his desire to leave this summer after seven years at Stamford Bridge.

The 28-year-old joined the West London giants from French club Lille in the summer of 2012.
Since his transfer from Lille, Eden Hazard has helped Chelsea to two Premier League titles and two Europa League trophies including that of last season.
Eden Hazard scored two goals and also provided one assist as Chelsea won the Europa League via a 4-1 win over London rivals Arsenal in their final clash in Baku last week.
The Arsenal game would be the last for Eden Hazard in the colours of Chelsea.
He’s now expected to be the fourth major signing at Real Madrid after Eder Militao, Rodrygo Goes and Luka Jovic.
