Manchester United striker, Jose Mourinho has hinted that there are no longer issues of rift between himself and his players following the 2-1 victory over Watford.

The Jose Mourinho men recorded a convincing win away from the Old Trafford which increased the faith of the fans on the team.

Having been concerned about the speculations of rift between the Portuguese manager and some of the players, Mourinho told the fans that the win is an indication that all is now well in the team.

He praised the attitude of the players and that of Romelu Lukaku who was the man behind the win that has brought United back into the league title race.

Delighted Mourinho noted that most importantly, three points have been won which is an addition to the team.

He stated that Lukaku represents the spirit of the team through his performance after he was seen running back to help the team in addition to his attack force and goal.

The former Chelsea boss, therefore, maintains that the win means he is on the same page with his players, hence issues of unrest should not be raised.

The Old Trafford will now look ahead to facing Wolves, West Ham and Newcastle in their next games.
