Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has dismissed transfer rumours linking him with a move to Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid.
The French international star was asked about the widespread reports on a possible move to Spain during his interview with a France-based media outlet RTL.
According to him, those transfer rumours are not important as he revealed that his focus is on West London giants Chelsea.
N’Golo Kante was quick to point out that he has unfinished business at Chelsea.
The former Caen and Leicester City player is the highest earner at Chelsea after his latest contract at the club.
Kante signed a new deal towards the end of last year with weekly wages of £290,000 which is more than any other player in the Blues’ squad.
The Frenchman joined Chelsea from Leicester City in the summer of 2016 shortly after he played a big part in the Foxes’ title-winning campaign.
Kante and Leicester City stunned the sporting world after they surprisingly won the Premier League title during the 2015/16 season.
The French World Cup winner then helped Chelsea to the Premier League title in his first campaign at the club.
He also won the FA Cup title with Chelsea at the end of last season.
