Nicolo Zaniolo

The bid by the English Premier League Man United to land AS Roma star Nicolo Zaniolo has hit the dead rock as he is willing to remain with the club.

Nicolo Zaniolo had an impressive last season with AS Roma which is why he interested a number of clubs despite not being able to help the club with a Champions League qualification.

Man United faced serious competition from Italian Serie A outfit Juventus for the signature of Nicolo Zaniolo but the two sides can now go to rest as he is not ready to leave the club in this summer transfer window.

It is expected that talks for a new deal would be held with the club and Nicolo Zaniolo has hinted that there was already a meeting, expressing confidence that it would be positive and he will remain for next season’s challenge.

Howbeit, the Red Devils will have to look out for other options with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, helped by Man United’s executive vice-chairman already in the market for new additions.

Meanwhile, a number of names have been linked with a move to the Old Trafford but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been unable to confirm any.
