Porto star player Diogo Dalot has been consistently in the news recently due to his links with Manchester United, and it appears the talented youngster will actually play at Old Trafford next season.
According to reports, the red devils are likely to wrap up a deal for him this week after they agreed to a fee of around £19million with the Portuguese club for his signature.
Manchester United made their move for the defender few days back and it was made known that other top European sides – including Bayern Munich and Real Madrid – have been alerted by their interest.
The 19-year-old has a year to go in his contract at Porto, with a release clause of £17.5 Million.
But according to MEN, Jose Mourinho’s side are trying to avoid a bidding war with other top sides and have made the decision to agree to a deal that is around £19 Million with the Portuguese club.
The talented player, who is currently in England to see a sibling, will reportedly make his way to Manchester for medicals.
Manchester United are expected to complete a deal for Shakhtar Donetsk’s Fred any moment from now, and Diogo is set to become the club’s second signing of the summer.
