Liverpool Set To Sign €9M-a-season Impressive Star

Liverpool got their first premier league win for the new season by beating Crystal Palace 1-0 at Anfield on Saturday, and it was Senegal star player Sadio Mane who did the job.

Considering that they have scored six goals in their first three games of this new term, we can agree that Jurgen Klopp has a top quality attacking line and won’t need to bring in a new attacking player if he can convince Phillipe Coutinho to stay.

But since the Brazilian’s future is not yet known, then the Merseyside club should be on their toes for new legs before the transfer window closes.

Liverpool are still strongly linked with one of their longtime targets in the person of Julian Draxler.

The Mirror are reporting that PSG are ready to sell Draxler, and the English trio of Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United are set to battle to secure his services.

It was added that Liverpool, in particular, showed interest in bringing him to Anfield during the winter transfer window, but the German star chose to move to Paris instead, where he signed a deal worth €9M-a-season ($203,000-a-week) with the French giants.

The talented star was impressive for PSG in the second half of last season, but the arrival of Brazilian superstar Neymar from Barcelona this summer will translates into limited playing time for the German.

PSG are trying to recoup some of the fee used in signing Neymar by selling some of their players, and it was being said that they won’t mind receiving something like £32M for Julian.
