Liverpool have gotten an injury boost with a recent report disclosing that Guinea international, Naby Keita has returned to training at Anfield.

The Reds played their second match in the Uefa Champions League tournament on Wednesday night against Napoli.

This match saw Liverpool midfielder, Naby Keita suffered a back injury in the first half of the game.

Naby Keita was immediately rushed off the pitch by medics before he was finally transferred to an Italian local hospital.

Uncertainties and fears arose over how long the top-rated midfielder will be on the sideline, however, recent report have made it known that Naby Keita has been discharged from the Italian hospital.

The report added that he is back at Anfield and Liverpool are even contemplating on whether to start him against Man City on Sunday.

According to Italian medics, the Guinea international didn’t have a cardiological problem, they hinted that it was only a strong back trauma which didn’t affect his spine.

It was also revealed that he is now in good condition and the injury was really severe as previously thought.

This is a big boost for Liverpool as he might be featured when they host Man City at Anfield on Sunday.
