Italian Serie A outfit Juventus are reported to be locked in negotiation over a possible deal for departing Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.

The Wales international is confirmed to be leaving the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season after failing to agree on a new deal with the North London side because of personal terms.

The former Cardiff City man is alleged to have requested within the sum of £300-per-week wage which was turned down by the Gunners after an alleged advice by manager Unai Emery.

Arsenal are hoping that they could have more additions in the winter window which could be hindered by the proposed weekly wage from Ramsey as they would be over-burdened finally.

This makes the North London arrive at the conclusion that Ramsey would be allowed to leave at the end of the season and would be free to hold negotiations with clubs from January.

However, the Italian champions are believed to be in pole position to land the Wales international midfielder with reports claiming that much is already being put in place to ensure smooth negotiation with the star man.

Meanwhile, Ramsey has got lot of suitors which means the Old Lady will be ready to splash big on his weekly wage to land the star midfielder.
